Is Liverpool vs Tottenham on TV? Channel, kick-off time and how to watch Premier League fixture

· Yahoo Sports

Igor Tudor is hoping for a drastic change in fortunes to save his and Tottenham’s skin as the relegation-threatened giants travel to Liverpool.

Both sides return to domestic action off the back of Champions League disappointment, with the Reds succumbing to a 1-0 defeat to Galatasaray in their last-16 first leg, while Spurs were once again embarrassed in a 5-2 thrashing by Atletico Madrid.

Liverpool will see the visit of a Spurs side devoid of inspiration as the perfect chance to get back to winning ways, while Tudor will know the walls are already closing in on his interim tenure.

Team news

Alisson could return for Liverpool after missing the defeat at Galatasaray through injury, while Arne Slot also added that Federico Chiesa could also return to contention following illness. Slot also provided an update on Alexander Isak, who is still managing his rehabilitation and is hopeful of a return in the coming weeks.

Tottenham’s injury list remains extensive, not helped by Micky van de Ven’s silly red card against Crystal Palace which sees him suspended for this clash. Cristian Romero and Palhinha’s availability is up in the air after a clash of heads against Atleti, forcing both off the pitch. Destiny Udogie is also a doubt with a thigh problem, while Guglielmo Vicario will surely return to the starting XI after Antonin Kinsky’s disaster in Madrid.

Liverpool XI: Alisson; Frimpong, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Mac Allister; Salah, Szoboszlai, Wirtz; Ekitike.

Fuel & LPG Supply Under Watch, Government Reveals Big Update Amid Hormuz Tensions

India’s daily demand for LPG cylinders is about 55 lakh cylinders, which means this shipment will help meet a large part of the country’s immediate requirement.

The arrival of the cargo is expected to ease concerns about LPG shortages that had recently increased across the country.

Tensions in West Asia Disrupted Shipping

The movement of ships through the Strait of Hormuz had briefly slowed due to rising conflict in West Asia involving Iran, Israel and the United States.

LPG Bookings Cross 75 Lakh Daily, Govt Says Fuel Supply Stable Amid West Asia Tensions

This sea route is extremely important for global energy supplies because a large share of the world’s oil and gas shipments passes through it.

India imports nearly 60 per cent of its LPG requirements, and most of it comes from Gulf countries through this route.

Indian Ships Still in the Gulf Region

According to the Ministry of Shipping of India, there were 24 Indian-flagged ships in the region earlier.

Out of these, two ships have safely crossed the Strait of Hormuz, while around 22 vessels are still in the Persian Gulf region.

These ships are carrying LPG, LNG, crude oil and other cargo. Hundreds of Indian sailors are working on these vessels.

Government Urges People Not to Panic

In recent days, there has been a sudden increase in LPG cylinder bookings due to fears of a shortage.

The Government of India has asked people not to panic or book cylinders unnecessarily, assuring that domestic consumers are being given priority in gas supply.

To manage the situation, the government has also increased domestic LPG production.

Officials said production was first increased by 10 percent, then 25 per cent, and has now been raised to around 31 per cent to ensure smooth supply across the country.

Diplomatic Efforts Continue

India is also maintaining constant diplomatic communication with countries in West Asia to ensure that energy shipments reach safely.

Officials said the government’s priority is to ensure that cooking gas supply in the country continues without disruption.
