Spotify is experimenting with a new AI feature that allows Premium subscribers to play and explore music, audiobooks, and podcasts by having conversations with a chatbot. The "Talk to Spotify" feature appears across the Home and Now Playing view on Spotify's mobile app. You can interact with the chatbot by typing your request in the familiar AI text box, or by selecting the mic symbol and speaking.

The NBA Summer League is a proving ground not just for rookies, but for players who have toiled in the G League to start their careers.

With the potential reward comes some risk as well. For Jazz guard Trey Alexander, injury risk reared its head on Monday when he was stretchered off with an injury in a win over the Bulls.

Alexander went down in a heap and couldn't walk off the court under his own power, putting his immediate future in jeopardy just a week after he signed a two-way deal with Utah.

Here are the latest updates on Alexander's condition.

Trey Alexander injury updates

Alexander went down behind the basket late in Monday's game and appeared to be in significant pain before being stretchered off. The 23-year-old appeared to grab at his side or abdomen, so the injury didn't appear to be related to his legs.

The play looked fairly routine, as Alexander took some contact from Bulls rookie Caleb Wilson but wasn't knocked to the ground. After tossing the ball up toward the basket, Alexander walked behind the basket and went down in pain.

Alexander continued to grimace in pain as he was wheeled off on a stretcher.

A three-year player at Creighton, Alexander went undrafted in 2024 despite forgoing his final year of eligibility to turn professional. He's appeared in 33 NBA games in two seasons, spending time with the Nuggets and Pelicans, and he earned G League Rookie of the Year honors in 2024-25.

What happened to Trey Alexander?

Alexander's injury wasn't straightforward to the naked eye and doesn't appear to be related to his legs.

The 23-year-old took some contact to his side from Caleb Wilson while driving to the basket and grabbed at his side after the play before going down in pain. Medical staffers tended to Alexander, but he was unable to get back up and needed a stretcher to leave the floor. 

The Jazz have yet to indicate what Alexander's injury might be.
